Terms and Conditions:
- Submitting the application form constitutes a commitment to pay a non-refundable deposit and settle the balance in full by the deadlines stipulated
- Refunds are at the organisers’ discretion
- The organisers will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to members, not even rope burns
- All members must have appropriate snow sports insurance including personal liability of at least £1,000,000.
Privacy and Data Usage Policy
- Your contact details will not be shared with any 3rd parties and will only be used by organisers for the purposes of informing you about the event or related services
- No identifying pictures will be published without permission by the Snow Lust Club on any public platform, online or offline
- Group photos or holiday photos taken with permission during the event will be shared within the community of those that attended
- We will retain your contact information for the purposes of updating you on other related events. You can unsubscribe at any time.
