Crew (previously called volunteers) can trade their holiday cost for labour. This equates to roughly three hours a day, e.g. an hour setting up breakfast, an hour setting up supper and an hour helping clear down. The discount is £50 per day worked.
In 2022 we will be asking crew to book and pay for their holidays like other guests and we will pay them for their labour within 30 days of our return.
